Ingredients:torrija borracha de brandy

  • 1 Cl. Bénédictine
  • 2.5 Cl. Cardenal de Mendoza Brandy de Jerez
  • 1 Cl. Pedro Ximénez
  • 2 Dash Regans' Orange Bitter
  • 2.5 cl Dos Maderas 5+5 PX Rum
  • 5 cl Orange and Carrot Juice
  • Preparation:

    In a cocktail shaker, add 3 to 5 ice cubes, add all ingredients, and shake vigorously until well blended. Strain into a designer glass using a double strainer and garnish.Garnish: crushed ice and orange shives.Pairing: Cardenal Mendoza brandy-soaked French toast served with a Pedro Ximénez reduction.
