Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Cardenal Mendoza
  • 20 ml Syrup
  • Macerated grapes
  • 2 or 3 drops of citric acid
  • 1 teaspoon of Pedro Ximénez vinegar

    • Production:

    Pour all ingredients into a shaker, shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
