DE LOCOS

The White Rabbit, in a hurry, sat down at the long table.

“A cup of tea?” asked the March Hare.
He checked his watch:
–I’m running late for 6 o’clock tea. I’ll have a glass of brandy from Jerez with these
delicious pastries.
Alicia appeared.
–Hey, pass us that bottle with the colorful label. Do you want some?
A little bit of that too?
–I’m too young to drink it.
–We can fix that: have a piece of this cake.
It began to grow with the first sip.
–I wasn’t talking about the size, but the fact that I’m a girl!
–Now we’ll have to use a crane to bring you your snack.
–There’s no time! The Queen of Hearts is waiting for us, and she’s in a bad mood.
–the rabbit urged.
Alicia, whose body fluctuated between expanding and contracting like an accordion, suggested
take the brandy with them.
–The Queen is sure to love it.
And, indeed, in that chapter they managed to keep their cool.
