Ingredients:
50ml Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus
1 tablespoon white sugar
Juice of half a lemon
60ml Soda
Mint leaves
Production:
In the same glass, use a cocktail muddler to muddle the sugar, lemon juice, and mint. Next, add the Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus brandy, and finally the soda water.
Garnish with a couple of mint leaves and a slice of lime.
