The grand finale of the 2025 Cardenal Mendoza Gold Jigger Cocktail Competition took place in Jerez on Thursday, October 30, in an edition marked by creativity, excitement, and the exceptionally high caliber of the entries submitted.
The Golden Jigger travels to Chile courtesy of Yefry Avilera, with his cocktail “Alchemy of Time.”
The silver jigger went to Raquel Rodríguez, from Puerto Rico, for her entry “Golden Dream.”
The bronze jigger is also heading to Puerto Rico with Kitzia Marie and her cocktail “Classy and Dandy.”
The three finalists stood out for their talent, dedication, and the passion with which they interpreted mixology with Cardenal Mendoza, demonstrating once again that this spirit continues to inspire new generations of bartenders around the world.
