Pop up Coffee - Cardenal Mendoza

Ingredients:

45ml Cardenal Mendoza Clásico

5 ice cubes

45ml Kahlua

15ml Pink Pepper Syrup

1 egg white

1 espresso

Production:

Place all ingredients in a shaker and stir.

Strain into an Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with cotton candy.
